Welders and Fabricators are tasked with the fabrication and welding of stainless steel and high alloy pressure vessels in an industrial environment. Work duties include layout and assembly of custom projects ranging from small vessels and piping to large scale heat exchangers.
Metal Finishers polish or buff metal using hand tools or hand-held power tools.
Project Managers manage customer orders, plant capacity, and shipping schedules; prepares productions schedules; plans workflow and expedites projects throughout the manufacturing process.
Estimators analyze documentation (blueprints, specifications, proposals, etc.) to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates. Reviews data, computes cost factors, prepares estimates, consults with clients.
Engineers work with customers to determine final product solutions. They are responsible for providing accurate project design while complying with strict industry standards and customer specifications.
Draftsmen perform new and revised product design using CAD equipment, prepares completed layouts for final product design, and assists in analysis of problem areas and recommended solutions.
